About me
Good life is not a fixed state of mind. It is a continuing process in which I help my clients to find the best possible direction. I believe that everyone can find their way to live happy and healthy when they are given the right therapeutic support, inspiration and tools.
The majority of my professional life has been reinforced by learning in all its appearances. Sometimes the lessons may be challenging, other times a joyful and pleasant experience. My experience and understanding of a learning process is that it can be transformative and with the right support you can overcome momentous challenges, and achieve your personal goals.
My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. My education, training and experience completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals and empower you to live the life you want. My services can be accessed online or face to face.

If we were to meet, our work would begin with me listening, really listening, to what has been going on for you and what has brought you to seek some support. Using the most up-to-date understanding, tools, and techniques we will, together, formulate a plan or some goals to support you moving forward. We would then work together, through your plan, in a way, and at a pace, that is right for you.
